Frequently Asked Questions: A2 Conference

Are meals included?  

All conference attendees will be responsible for their own meals.  Complimentary continental breakfast is available at most recommended hotels and refreshments will be served during the morning breaks and after evening sessions. We will have a hosted dinner the opening night, Monday, October 1, and provide lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct 2 and 3, after the morning session.

What should I wear?

Attire for the conference is nice casual.

Is childcare provided?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare.  Other than nursing infants, we encourage parents to make other arrangements for their children.

Is transportation provided?

We do our best to provide a shuttle to and from meetings to the hotels we have negotiated discounts with. To request shuttle pickup, please RSVP by emailing

Is translation provided?

Spanish and Portuguese translation is available at the West Coast Conference, and only Spanish translation is available at the East Coast conference. To request translation, please RSVP by emailing

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • Request received 30 days or more before conference:  100% refund
  • Request received 7-30 days before conference:  50% refund
  • Request received 1-7 days before conference:  No refund
